Factors to consider in the selection of power plant valves
Follow times: Release time: 2018-10-23
When selecting electric actuators for power station valves, many factors must be considered, such as the maximum inferred value of electric actuators, the allowable value of valve stem diameter, the output torque and speed of electric actuators, the connection between valves and electric actuators, and valves. The maximum number of turns of the rod nut and so on.
One of the important parameters of electric actuators: the output torque value is an important parameter that needs to be selected during use. If the output torque of the electric actuator selected when the electric valve is assembled is too large or insufficient, the equipment will be damaged and unusable, and in serious cases, it will cause a leakage of the pipeline system.
Therefore, the valve and electric actuator need to be tested and adjusted after the finished product is assembled. When there is no strict requirement on the opening and closing time of the valve, a slower speed should be selected for the determination of the output speed of the electric actuator. Because at the same torque, a faster speed will increase the power of the motor, cause unnecessary waste, and increase the cost of the equipment.
The connection between the power station valve and the electric actuator, the connection form and size of the power station valve and the electric actuator must comply with national standards (ie: the connection of multi-turn valve drive GB / T12222-1989 / the connection of some rotary valve drive GB / T12223-1989). At present, some rotary valve electric devices have mechanical limits to prevent the valve flap position from being determined. The corresponding relationship between the connection screw holes and keyway positions of such valves and electric actuators is strict.
