The air exhaust check valve is installed on the high-pressure feed pump outlet pipe of the thermal power unit to prevent the feed water from flowing backward and protect the feed water pump. This valve works with the pump's minimum flow automatic recirculation bypass valve. When the feed pump is at low load or the outlet shut-off is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the pump. When the air check valve is opened, the recirculation bypass valve is automatically closed. Not suitable for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity.


Structural features

As a principle: Open the outlet valve, the feed pump starts, and after the feed water reaches a certain pressure, the valve flap rises to a certain height under the action of the feed water pressure, pushes away from the valve seat, and the feed water flows out. At the same time, due to the rise of the valve flap, the connecting rod is driven to rotate, and the valve sheet of the drain port is turned, so that the recirculating blade valve is moved downward and the drain port is closed. When the feed water flow rate decreases, the valve flap drops, pushing the connecting rod to open the drain valve disc, and opening the recirculation door to maintain the minimum allowable flow of the pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve flap automatically drops and closes the valve port channel to prevent damage to the high-pressure water hammer water supply system.

Structural features: The valve works with the recirculation bypass valve to maintain the safe operation of the system. The main valve flap moves up and down. When the medium flows backward, the channel is closed under the action of the medium pressure and the spring. At this time, the bypass valve opens. When the main valve flap is fully open, the bypass valve closes. The clapper seal is made of stainless steel surfacing, which is wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and reliable. · The valve should be installed vertically.
