2. The middle cavity adopts a pressure self-tight sealing structure. During the hydraulic test or operation, the sealing ring can be pressed by the medium pressure to achieve a reliable seal, and the higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal.
3. The valve body is made of high-quality cast steel, and the two ends are processed into U-shaped grooves and pipes are directly butt-welded. The two materials have similar chemical composition and performance and excellent welding performance, and the intermediate transition section is not required to be welded. Nitriding to ensure its thermal strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, easy assembly and disassembly; self-sealing gaskets in the cavity, corrugated asbestos gaskets for high-temperature steam, and internally woven 18-8 wire reinforcement to ensure sealing Extended service life; surfacing welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti on the sealing surface, rust prevention, erosion resistance, multiple tests can still ensure the seal.
4. When the valve is shipped from the factory, neither the blocking plate nor the guide bush is installed. Blocking plates and guide sleeves are packaged as accessories and sent to the destination together with the valve.
Structural characteristics of hydraulic test plug valve
1. The valve pressure level is selected according to the design pressure and design temperature.
2. Valves are designed, selected, manufactured, inspected and accepted according to E101, ANSIB16.25JB / T6903, JB / T6440, JB / T6902, JB / T6439, JB / T3595 and other related standards.

2. Before inserting the components of blocking plate 2 and supporting plate 3, check whether the O-ring is intact and fully insert the O-ring into the groove. So as not to fall or not tightly sealed during installation, affecting the seal. And it is guaranteed that the supporting plate 4 has a certain degree of freedom.
3. When inserting the components of the blocking plate 2 and the supporting plate 3, do not unscrew the end face of the supporting plate with the set screw 5, and slowly lower it when hanging in. Do not pinch or hurt the O-ring. And gently press the O-ring against the sealing surface. Fast and forcible installation is strictly prohibited.
4. After the blocking plate 2 and the supporting plate 3 are installed, first tighten the spherical set screws 5 on the upper side of the supporting plate with a wrench to pre-tighten the blocking plate. During the hydraulic pressure test, the blocking plate is compressed by the high pressure water used for its own strength test to achieve seal.
5. After the hydrostatic test is completed, remove the blocking plate and support plate, and put them in the original box together with other accessories for safe storage for the next use.
6. After the equal diameter guide sleeve is installed, the guide plate should be compressed. If necessary, the nut can be spot welded with stainless steel electrodes to prevent loosening.
7. When assembling the bonnet 10 and the support plate 9, the positions of the threaded holes on the support plate should be arranged in the middle of the valve body's main axis or plumb line to facilitate the installation and normal work of the removal plate 8.
Method and steps of disassembly
⑴Install the disassembly plate 8 and fix it on the valve body, so that the support plate 9 can move without shaft;
(Note: there are disassembly boards above DN500)
⑵ Loosen the nuts on the double-headed studs of the support plate, install the spherical set screws 7 and push the valve cover 10 to move downward, so that the four open loops 6 have no pre-tightening force;
(3) Remove the disassembly plate and take out the support plate;

⑸ Screw the bonnet into the eyebolt screw, and gently lift out the bonnet, seal ring, gasket ring and other components, pay attention to protect the seal ring;

9. After the unit is put into operation and stopped, before restarting, the nuts on the stud bolts on the support plate 9 must be tightened again to ensure the absolute seal of the valve.
